Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach, mentor, friend but I did when I met Sarah 8 years ago. She went from my boss to someone I’m currently collaborating with on several training projects and in-between has always been my sounding board at the end of the phone, email and of course, over a glass of wine. She has coached me through some tough decisions as well as helping me to find the balance between working full time and having toddler twins.

I did this course when I thought I really didn’t have time. I was up to my ears in work, stressed and with a to-do list as long as my arm. Sarah’s mentoring forced me to take just a short amount of time out for myself, to reflect during a very busy work period, and I am a healthier, happier person as a result. Sarah has a practical and very realistic attitude about what can be achieved and sets sensible small goals that do make a difference. She’s also easy to chat to, and we laughed a lot. I thoroughly recommend her training courses.

Brazen PR
Sarah, you have made a ginormous difference to our culture and team as our on-hand ‘Life Coach’ and all-round human skills guru. You have a unique style, warmth, humour and insight that only 20+ years in the wonderful world of PR & comms can create and you impart it (across all sectors/ businesses) with wisdom and relatability.

The course was eye-opening and Sarah held some honest, and most importantly, fun conversations. Sarah taught us to focus on the small wins, and dig deep to find the ‘true’ reason for what we wanted to achieve. She enabled us to think about the small steps and daily changes that we could all take to look after ourselves better. I would highly recommend working with Sarah.

Sarah provided an insight into tools for making the most of your day and getting things done.
(Spoiler: do them!)
It has offered me some great tips personally and also for my work and in my family, to take some of the stress out of the never ending to-do list.
