  • Is this even a good idea anymore?

It’s really quite simple: it’s been written by ME, Sarah Knight. A business owner, a business mentor for business start ups, an expert trainer, a qualified NLP practitioner, a single mum, someone who has been spinning all the plates, someone who has experienced all the wheels falling off and someone who is qualified to provide practical, real, achievable actionable tools to help you develop and grow your business.

I’m real, authentic and really blinking practical about what we can achieve as women in business.

This course is different. It’s real. It’s achievable. It’s rooted in scientific fact, it’s based on real experience and it’s proven to work on small, entrepreneurial businesses.

I know this because I have been doing this with businesses for 20 years. This is the first time I have packaged my expertise online so you can benefit too.

Top FAQ's

  • Is Micro Business Bootcamp really for me?

I want to make sure you are setting yourself up for success. I don’t want this course to be another thing you HAVE to do. And, crucially, I want you to complete it and feel the benefit.

    So let’s be real.

This course is perfect for you if you are ready to dedicate some time to getting business fit every week. There is going to be work to complete and to get the best out of the course and build the muscle of your business you need to set time aside each week to do it.

This course is for you if:

    > You are a one woman band - you do it all, spin all the plates
    > You own a microbusiness
    > You are a female entrepreneur
    > You are a freelancer or consultant
    > You have started your own business
    > You’re thinking of starting your own business
    > You have the idea
    > You have hit a brick wall with your business
    > You doubt yourself in your business

The course is designed to fit in with you, with your life and your business. It is presented and accessed in easily digestible chunks so you have the time to let them sit and can go through the programme at your own pace whilst still moving forward.

However you need to put some work in, you need to prioritise you for a little while. And to get the benefit from the programme you have to start by giving yourself permission to do it - as if it is an essential meeting that you would not cancel. If you can’t commit to do that right now then focus on what you can do and be kind to yourself.

  • What if I don’t complete the course modules every week?

The MicroBusiness programme has been set up so that it doesn’t overwhelm you and take over your week. It’s built in small digestible chunks so that every week you can look at a different theme, a different element of your business. It won’t take you long, but if life does get in the way one week, you simply pick it up the next week. You have access to the course for six months so you have plenty of time to complete it.

  • How long will it take me to complete?

Ten modules. Designed to go at your own pace. I would recommend a module a week giving you chance to review and reflect. Time well spent. You will receive an email every week with the next module for you to complete, reminding you to put yourself first for just a short amount of time that week. Modules will take between 30 minutes - one hour to complete - and then you have to allow your brain time to process the information (that’s the easy bit).

  • What can I expect to achieve from the programme?

The course is action oriented so you put the work in, so you can figure out what works for you, so you can be confident that you are building and developing a business fit for the future. You are future proofing your business success. The bitesize modules will help you be more efficient, more productive, more creative and crucially mean you are evolving your passion and your purpose. Once you have been through the course, I recommend you use the modules to work through every quarter to give your business a health check.

  • What’s your refund policy?

Complete the 10 weeks, complete all the worksheets, invest in yourself. AND if you don’t learn anything, I’ll refund the cost of the course.

You have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and Mind The Gap during the period of 12 hours from date of purchase providing none of the course literature has been downloaded and none of the course undertaken. Should any aspects of the course have been downloaded it is 100% non-refundable

  • Where can I find out more information about you?

I have a website where I talk about my corporate offering and you can find out a bit more about me, and Mind The Gap, here.

I also write a blog which talks a bit more about my life and my not so smalls. And, of course, all the social channels below.

Proud To Work With:

Don’t let another month go by feeling overwhelmed because you have to be the CEO, the admin, the plate spinner, and the customer services person.

Ask Yourself Honestly:

> Do you deserve to put yourself first?
> Are you sick of going it alone?
> Are you tired of questioning yourself and your business decisions?
> Are you tired of putting off your business growth but just don’t know where to start?
> What if you took away just one action from the course and that allowed you to build some business muscle and stop procrastinating on pause?

“If what you are doing isn't working, do something else.”

Don’t forget I get it. I developed this course to support people like me based on my expertise, 25 years’ experience and a breadth of knowledge rooted in scientific fact developed through my work as a NLP practitioner. I’ve developed a course I wish I had had access to. Let’s crack on and do this. Sweat bands are not necessary to complete the programme.
